Trusted on stages of every size

We partner with artists, brands, and forward-thinking teams to deliver nights people remember.

01 / TOURING

Eliminate fragmentation.

Touring is fast, expensive, and unforgiving. The hard part isn't any one piece — it's keeping the designers, vendors, the artist's vision, the budget, and the logistics all pointed the same direction. EMBRace keeps them aligned. One team keeping the whole thing together, so you're not the one trying to manage it.

Let us handle the chaos. You own the moment.

— THE PROBLEM WE KILL

We get it right. The first time.

How often does a design get pitched, approved, then quietly scaled down because it's too big or too expensive? We've watched it happen a hundred times.

Designers get hired without the budget or the venue data — often because that data doesn't exist yet — so they build something beautiful and impossible. Then comes the value-engineering, and what's left is a show nobody's in love with.

We do the math first. Before a rendering ever reaches the artist, it's been checked against the budget, the venues, and tour logistics. What you approve is what you get.

— SERVICES

Everything a tour needs.

EMBRace can run your whole tour — or just the part you're missing. Full package, a single department, staffing only, or gear rental straight out of our inventory. Take what you need.
01

Creative Design & Direction

Production, scenic, and lighting design, plus the technical drawings, rigging plots, and power distribution that make them real.

02

Audio / Video / Lighting Rental

From our own inventory or a trusted vendor, packaged from a tech's perspective. Rent the rig without the rest if that's all you need.

03

Tour Staffing

Gear is gear. The right people — who work well together and are invested in your show — are the foundation of every good one.

04

Scenic Fabrication

Custom scenic, drops, and soft goods. If you can draw it, we can build it.

05

Visuals & Custom Content

Veteran content designers making the screen unmistakably yours.

06

Lasers & Special Effects

Lasers, pyro, cryo, confetti, streamers. The list keeps getting longer.

No hidden markups. No kickbacks. Touring budgets have carried hidden fat for so long that most people assume it's normal. It isn't. With EMBRace you see where every dollar goes — and most clients spend less, not more, because dialing everything in up front kills the last-minute changes that blow up budgets and timelines.

— THE MONEY

Total transparency. Total control.

— FAQ

You've got questions.

We've got answers.
How does EMBRace work, exactly?+

One team for the whole tour — creative direction and design, A/V/L, buses and logistics, merch, fan activation. One point of contact, one weekly payment, zero headaches.

This seems expensive.+

Cheaper than you'd think. We negotiate hard on your behalf — vendors, crew, service providers — and treat your budget like our own. Most clients come out ahead.

Is there a minimum contract length?+

None. No tour's too small. That said, the model earns its keep on runs of eight weeks or longer.

Can I just rent gear, or hire one department?+

Yes. You don't have to buy the whole model to work with us — take the single piece you need.

How do you vet your crew?+

We keep a deep bench of world-class designers, techs, and TMs — every one of them can deliver. Where we earn our fee is matching the right crew to the right client: people who like the work, and the people they do it with.

How much lead time do you need?+

Two months is ideal — it lets us negotiate the best terms. We've launched a tour on four days' notice. We don't recommend it.

Do you handle international tours?+

Yes — suppliers worldwide and the scar tissue to navigate them. Just build in more lead time.

Is EMBRace available for one-offs?+

Often. Single events run a little differently, but we do them all the time.

Touring-grade caliber.

We run live arena shows with no second takes. Your general session is not where we get nervous.

Redundancy and safety, built in.

Certified rigging, backup systems, fully licensed and insured. The failure modes are handled before you think to ask.

The silent partner.

The best corporate production disappears — nobody in that room should be thinking about the lighting rig. They should be thinking about your message. That's the entire job.

05 / ABOUT

Elevating moments beyond reality.

We tell stories with pixels and photos. For brands, artists, and businesses, we turn a room full of gear into a moment an audience actually feels — and we build the long-term partnerships that let us keep doing it.

01 — WHO WE ARE

At our core, we believe in the power of
storytelling through visuals.

Our team is stacked with specialists — design, production, engineering — which is what lets us find the imaginative, buildable answer instead of the obvious one. And we're in it for the long run: partnerships, not one-off gigs. The best work happens when a client trusts us enough to keep calling.

Exceptional work starts with an exceptional team, so we don't just hire talent — we invest in it, and protect it. When our people are supported and trusted, they show up with more: more creativity, more precision, more care. We're building EMBR to be one of the best places to work in this industry, and that's not an accident — it's the whole strategy. The way we treat our crew is exactly what you feel on show day.

02 — HUMAN-CENTRIC

We don't just build great events. We build great people.

03 — TECHNOLOGY-FORWARD

Technology forward.

We turn "gear" into well-designed systems — easy to deploy, flawless night after night. They say the devil's in the details, so we obsess over them. Decades of road experience, plus a relentless pursuit to do it better than it's ever been done before. Built to set the crews that deploy them up for success.

01 — THE BRIEF

What they came to us with.

When Morgan Wallen took One Night At A Time into stadiums across the country, our team led the full video production package for all 44 dates — the largest production our crew had taken on at that point. The tour played to more than 1.3 million fans and grossed over $230 million, and the visual design had to hold up at that scale, night after night, city after city.

The centerpiece was an LED floor built into the thrust stage in the shape of Wallen's logo — a build that took extensive collaboration with TAIT Towers in Lititz, PA to get right, both in product selection and in engineering a system that could be set up and struck fast enough to keep pace with a stadium tour schedule. Above the stage, automated LED pods flew in choreographed formation, adding a moving layer to the visual world of the show. Camera coverage brought its own challenge: integrating wireless camera systems and selecting the right camera package to work seamlessly with TAIT's 3D Navigator system, which flew over the entire audience and stage thrust throughout the show.

That same wireless camera system also made possible one of the tour's most memorable fan moments: Wallen's pre-show walkout. The mobility of the system our team planned and developed let cameras follow him in close, unscripted proximity from backstage to the stage, turning a walkout into a moment fans felt like they were part of.

01 — THE BRIEF

What they came to us with.

Set across the backyard, garden, and pool area of a private Nashville estate, this Fourth of July celebration brought together 500 guests for a night built around spectacle — an exotic animal petting zoo, tightrope walkers, and a lineup of other unexpected performances woven throughout the property.
Our team handled lighting and audio for the event, using light to transform the garden into an immersive red, white, and blue environment while highlighting key areas of activity across the grounds and reinforcing the party's branding in strategic locations. On the audio side, a full DJ sound reinforcement system — racks and stacks built to properly cover the space — kept the energy consistent for all 500 guests across the outdoor footprint.

01 — THE BRIEF

What they came to us with.

Before this show, our team had supported Lainey Wilson with stage lighting deck packages on smaller stages. Bell Bottom Country at Mohegan Sun was different — it was Lainey's first true headline arena show, the moment the stage became entirely hers, and the production needed to rise to meet it.

The lighting rig was built around twelve one-meter mirror balls positioned to engulf the arena in reflected light, turning the room itself into part of the show. Upstage, a high-resolution LED wall spanning 40 feet wide by 20 feet tall gave the design team a massive canvas to move through the emotional arc of the night — shifting color and custom content to match the feeling of each song as Lainey wanted it portrayed.

01 — THE BRIEF

What they came to us with.

Nuix's XLR8 conference brought roughly 400 attendees to Music City Center in Nashville for a one-day event built around a high-impact general session and six breakout tracks. Our team provided full 360-degree AVL production across every room.
In the general session, a 50-foot-wide by 13-foot-tall video wall built with high-resolution 2.6mm LED served as the visual anchor for both IMAG and presentation content, supported by stage lighting, camera coverage, content playback, and a small-format line array sound system with wireless microphones sized to fill the room cleanly. Across the six breakout rooms, we layered in room uplighting, stage wash, large-format displays for presentation playback, and compact sound systems with wireless mics for presentations and live Q&A.
